Dear Madam, dear Sir,

As part of a study on the role of soft skills in the international mobility of students and their impact on sustainable employability, we invite you to participate in an important survey conducted by the Haute École de Gestion Arc (HEG Arc) in Switzerland and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) in Spain. This research project is supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).

International student mobility (ISM) — whether it involves a study stay, an internship, or an exchange program — is a key experience for personal and professional development. It not only promotes cultural openness and adaptability but also contributes to the strengthening of soft skills, those transversal competencies essential for effective collaboration, integration into diverse environments, and global employability.

It is in this context that we seek your perspective, as an employer, on the value of these skills in the workplace. The questionnaire will take only 10 minutes to complete; your responses will be entirely anonymous and processed in accordance with the ethical and professional standards in place at our institutions. HEG Arc ensures the anonymous processing of the data.

Your perspective as an employer is central to this research. The questionnaire will take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and your responses will be fully anonymous, handled in accordance with the ethical and professional standards upheld by our institutions. Data anonymity is ensured by HEG Arc.

By taking part in this survey, you will help shape training programs that are better aligned with real-world needs and contribute to strengthening the integration of soft skills into higher education in Switzerland and Spain.

We sincerely thank you for your valuable contribution.
